OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Donte Boatner ("Boatner") was convict ed in Marion Superior Court of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery. Boatner appeals and presents two issues, which we restate as: (1) whether the trial court erred in admitting hearsay evidence, and (2) whether the admission of hearsay evidence violated Boatner's confrontation rights.

We affirm.
