Pearl Reagor, an employee of Okmulgee County Family Resource Center, Inc. (OCFRC), appeals from the district court’s grant of OCFRC’s motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) her first amended complaint. In that complaint, she asserted claims for (1) failure to pay overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219; (2) breach of contract; and (3) violation of Oklahoma labor laws.
