OPINION

ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.

L.R., a juvenile, appeals from an order modifying disposition and judgment committing him to the Texas Youth Commission. We affirm.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

In April of 1998, L.R. carried a switchblade knife onto the premises of an El Paso middle school and displayed it during a confrontation with another individual. The State filed a petition alleging that L.R. engaged in delinquent conduct by intentionally, knowingly, and recklessly carrying a switchblade knife onto the premises of an El Paso middle school.
