MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALBRITTON, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

This cause is before the court on the Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed on March 31, 1995. Plaintiff Cornwall & Stevens Southeast, Inc., a Georgia Corporation, (“Cornwall & Stevens”), brought this action to enforce the terms of a 1992 employment contract between the parties. Defendant, Ralph M. Stewart (“Stewart”), seeks summary judgment on what are essentially jurisdictional grounds.
