M., Eulton county, at the August term, 1911, of the justice’s court, to establish alleged lost papers, to wit: a promissory note, payable to W. A. Smith, for the principal sum of $100, with a credit of $55 thereon, signed by W. P. Humphrey; an original summons directed to E. J. Humphrey, as administratrix of the estate of W. P.
