In this case the Court of Appeals has certified to this court the following questions: “Is that part of the Civil Code, §4193, which undertakes to give jurisdiction to the county court of matters wherein the principal sum claimed is less than fifty dollars, unconstitutional as being in conflict with paragraph 1 of section 18 of article 6 of the constitution of this State (as embraced in the Civil Code, §5876), because the statute makes no provision for a jury trial in such cases?
