Beier, J.:

In this direct appeal from his jury convictions for aggravated burglary and felony murder, defendant Allen Dale Smith argues that the district judge erred in admitting evidence of other *113crimes and in giving a cautionary accomplice witness instruction over a defense objection. He also asserts that he is entitled to reversal of his convictions because of prosecutorial misconduct.
