Loraine Bahr filed a complaint for an accounting and moved for removal of the trustee of her father’s testamentary trust. In a consolidated case, her three daughters, Denise Summers, Pamela Kenbok and Judy Flowers, moved to set aside the accounting and non-pro rata distribution of their grandmother’s estate. The trial court dismissed the complaint, denied the motions and denied the requests for fees and costs.
