PER CURIAM: *
Plaintiff-Appellant David J. Loiacano (“Loiacano”) appeals the district court’s dismissal of his negligence action arising from a failed drug test administered by Defendant-Appellee DISA Global Solutions, Incorporated (“DISA”). For the reasons below, we AFFIRM.
I. BACKGROUND
Loiacano worked for Valero Refining Company (“Valero”) in Norco, Louisiana. On January 6, 2014, Valero selected Loia-cano for a random drug test, and an employee of DISA collected a chest hair from Loiacano for testing by Psychemedics Corporation (“Psychemedics”).
