This suit was filed in the district court of Angelina county by G. R. Murchison, Dailey Murchison, Ross Murchison, Jr., and Dora Paris, the latter being joined pro forma by her husband, W. B. Paris, as .plaintiffs, against Margurite Murchison and Royal Indemnity Company as defendants; the purpose of the suit being to recover a judgment against the Royal Indemnity Company on a policy of accident insurance issued by said company upon the life of one R. H. Murchison.
It was alleged in the petition that G. R-Murchison was the father, and Dailey Murchison and Boss Murchison, Jr., were the brothers,…
