OPINION AND ORDER

LAFFITTE, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment by Defendant United Parcel Service (“UPS”). Plaintiffs are Jorge Román Cardona (“Román”), his wife Wanda Ramos Collazo, and their conjugal partnership. 1 Román is a former UPS employee. He claims that UPS terminated him because he has a disability and because he requested a reasonable accommodation! He brings a claim for monetary relief pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). 2 He also brings claims under Puerto Rico’s Law 44, the local statute prohibiting disability-based discrimination.…
