MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doc. #445), and his amended motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doe. # 469). Defendant has also filed a motion for appointment of counsel (Doc. # 446), and motion for discovery (Doc. # 474).
