Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Harlem, J.), entered September 11, 1986 in Otsego County, which partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 240, for custody of the parties’ two children and for residence of them with petitioner.
