MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPRIZZO, District Judge:
Plaintiff pro se Christopher Gowan brings the instant action against defendants Team*358sters Local Employees Union 237 (“Local 237”), Teamsters Local Employees Union 840 (“Local 840”),1 and the Get Jobs, Education & Training Program (hereinafter “JET Program”),2 alleging employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
