OPINION

STEIN, District Judge.

Pro se plaintiff Mamdouh M. Hussein (“Hussein”) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 et seq. (“LMRA”). Plaintiff alleges that he and similarly situated banquet waiters were denied equal wages and opportunities and that their union failed to adequately represent them regarding this denial.
