The respondent mother appeals from the judgments of the trial court terminating her parental rights with respect to her minor children, R and D.1 The respondent claims that the court improperly found (1) that she had failed to rehabilitate herself within the meaning of General Statutes (Rev. to 1999) § 17a-112 (c) (3) (B), now Q) (3) (B), (2) that the petitioner, the department of children and families (department), had made reasonable efforts to reunify R and D with her pursuant to § 17a-112 (c) (1), now (j) (1), and (3) that it was in the best interests of R and D to…
