Plaintiff Ron Stanley was hired by defendant Allan G. Holms as manager of two of Holms’ businesses, which for simplicity will be referred to as Great Northern. After Stanley was terminated, he brought this action in the District Court for the Fourth Judicial District in Missoula County to recover wages allegedly due, based on the parties’ alleged agreement to share profits.
