EVERETT, Chief Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial in a bench trial of assault and battery; two specifications of larceny; three specifications of violating a regulation; resisting apprehension; and absence without leave, in violation of Articles 128, 121, 92, 95, and 86 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 928, 921, 892, 895, and 886, respectively.
