I respectfully dissent from the decision of the majority to quash this appeal. In my best judgment, it would be more realistic to affirm the order of the trial court.

In this action to recover damages for the alleged contraction of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) by blood transfusion, the trial court directed that discovery proceedings should be closed to the press and public.
