AHRENS, Presiding Judge.

In this jury tried case, plaintiffs, Kimble and Sherrye Cohn brought an action for breach of contract against defendants, James and Noel Dwyer. The jury returned a verdict finding both defendants hable on the agreement and assessed damages against James Dwyer in the amount of $291,710.24 and $0 against Noel Dwyer. Plaintiffs appealed, alleging both defendants were responsible for the full amount of their damages. Defendant Noel Dwyer cross-appealed, asserting there was insufficient evidence to support the jury’s finding that she was liable on the agreement. We reverse…
