This is a race and age employment discrimination action brought by the plaintiff, Jennie McQueen, against the defendants, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (‘Wells Fargo”) and Aerotek. The complaint first alleges one count for race discrimination under both Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., (“Title VII”), and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
