Panpat v. Owens-Brockway Glass Container, Inc.

This case is before us on remand from the Oregon Supreme Court. Panpat v. Owens-Brockway Glass Container, 334 Or 342, 49 P3d 773 (2002). In our previous opinion, we reversed the trial court’s order granting plaintiff a new trial because of newly discovered evidence. Panpat v. Owens-Brockway Glass Container, 172 Or App 470, 479-80, 21 P3d 97 (2001).
