In this negligence action, plaintiff seeks damages for injuries that she alleges that she sustained after slipping on a puddle of liquid and falling to the floor of defendant’s grocery store. The trial court granted defendant’s summary judgment motion. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Robinson v. Lamb’s Wilsonville Thriftway, 162 Or App 632, 986 P2d 661 (1999).
