Terrell v. Alpha Petroleum Co.

Alpha Petroleum Company, a Texas corporation, filed this suit in the district court of Montgomery county against C. V. Terrell, Lon A. ¡Smith, and Ernest O. Thompson in their capacity as railroad commissioners of the state of Texas, and also against W. B.
