ORDER
FORRESTER, District Judge.
This appeal from a final judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia is before this court pursuant to 28 USC § 158. The appellant in this case is the trustee appointed to oversee the debtor corporation’s Chapter 7 liquidation proceeding. The appellee and cross-appellant is Mrs. Julia Estes, a claimant against the estate of the debtor corporation.
