This complex case concerns a reasonably simple issue: the relative priority of claims to the proceeds of a bankruptcy estate. Plaintiff Bayer Corporation (“Bayer”) appeals the bankruptcy court’s judgment, affirmed by the district court, granting summary judgment to defendants, MascoTeeh, Inc. (“MascoTeeh”); Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd.
