This employment discrimination case comes before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. (Dk.29). The plaintiff, Cecelia Rettiger (“Rettiger”), brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, alleging sexual harassment claims of hostile work environment and quid pro quo discrimination and a retaliation claim based on adverse actions taken after her complaints of sexual harassment.
