Defendant, city of Mackinac Island, appeals as of right an order granting a permanent injunction in favor of plaintiff, Donald Bertrand. We affirm.

This case involves claims by plaintiff that he is entitled under the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (pwdcra), MCL 37.1101, et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ada), 42 USC 12101, et seq., to use an electric-assist tricycle, which is a tricycle that can be pedaled but also is equipped with a small electric motor, on the public streets under the jurisdiction of defendant.
