Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 47), filed June 10, 2005. The .Court allowed Plaintiff numerous extensions to respond to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judg ment, and Plaintiff filed his response on August 4, 2005. 1 On September 12, 2005, after already granting several extensions of time, the Court allowed Plaintiff to supplement his response brief, which was not in compliance with the rules of this Court or the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
