This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Systems Research and Applications Corporation’s (“SRA”) Motion to *937Stay Arbitration [Dkt. 2] and Defendant Rohde & Schwarz Federal Systems, Inc.’s (“RSFed”) Motion to Dismiss [Dkt. 9]. For the following reasons, the Court will deny Plaintiffs Motion to Stay Arbitration and will grant Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
