MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER
RYMER, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on the motion of defendant Apple Computer Inc. (“Apple”) for reconsideration of the Court’s denial of Apple’s motion for summary judgment.
The complaint in this case was filed by six computer dealers in December of 1981, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief restraining Apple from adopting a prohibition against the mail order sale of its products by authorized Apple dealers.
