KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

This case presents an issue of first impression: whether ' U.S.S.G. § 2Dl.l(b)(5)(C), which provides for a six-level sentencing enhancement when the offense involved the manufacture of methamphetamine and created a substantial risk of harm to the life of a minor, requires the sentencing court to identify a specific minor placed at risk of harm. We conclude that it does not.
