The above is the title given by the above named petitioners to their application to this court for a writ of supersedeas to stay proceedings upon a judgment of the superior court of Los Angeles County. The judgment was rendered in an action entitled, Title Insurance & Trust Company v. California Development Company et al., from which judgment separate appeals, taken by each of said petitioners, respectively, are now pending in this court.
