Nicholas Zillges has filed this action against Renney Bank & Trust and several affiliated • companies and individuals. He alleges that the defendants terminated his employment as the president and CEO of the bank because he complained internally and to regulators about the defendants’ regulatory violations. He also alleges that he was not paid compensation that he was owed at the time of his termination and that two of the individual defendants defamed him.
