FREEDMAN, District Judge.

On April 2, 1984, the Court issued a Memorandum and Order in two consolidated cases in which it held the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) incorrectly computed the optional state supplementary payment distributed under the Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) Program, Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq., when income is “deemed” from an ineligible spouse to a categorically eligible individual.
