New Destiny Development Corp., Paul Limone, Eugene O’Neill, Liberty Properties, LTD., and Liberty Property Associates Limited Partnership (collectively referred to as “plaintiffs”) bring this action against Samuel Piccione, Jr., and Scalesse, Scalesse and Piccione (collectively referred to as “defendants”).
