Plaintiffs are the trustees of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Health & Welfare Trust (“Trust”). 1 “The Trust is a multiple employer welfare benefit plan providing payment and/or reimbursement for certain hospital, surgical and medical expense benefits” to participating members of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association.
