Plaintiff Linda RylotiARooney brings this discrimination action against defendant Alitalia — Linee Aeree Italiane — Societa Per Azioni (“Alitalia”) under the human rights laws of the State and City of New York, specifically, the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. L. § 296(l)(a) (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-107(l)(a) (“NYCHRL”).
