In this diversity case, plaintiffs Rohn Padmore, Inc. and Ron H. Padmore (collectively “Padmore”) bring suit against L.C. Play, Inc. d/b/a LaQue Clothing and Erastus Pratt (collectively “LaQue”) for: (i) copyright infringement; (ii) trademark infringement; (iii) breach of contract; (iv) violations of the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”) and New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”); and (v) libel and defamation. Currently pending before the Court is LaQue’s motion for summary judgment as to all but the breach of contract claim. For…
