BeUiME, Justice.
This is an action for a declaratory judgment. The petition, which is lengthy, alleges, in substance, the following facts: The defendant is a railroad corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois. The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, a trade union, is a voluntary association, comprised of the railroad employees, including agent telegraphers.
