ORDER DENYING APPROVAL OF REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENTS

Debtor Steven Scott Schmidt seeks Court approval of Reaffirmation Agree ments with Wells Fargo Financial Missouri, Inc., and Wells Fargo Financial Bank (collectively, “Wells Fargo”) for two debts secured by his residence. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A) and (0) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons that follow, the Reaffirmation Agreements will not be approved.
