Before the Court is the Motion For Order Requiring Debtor to Complete Reaffirmation, Redemption or Surrender filed by creditor Benefit Bank on May 10, 2012. The motion relates specifically to the debt- or’s Chapter 7 Individual Debtor’s Statement of Intention in which the debtor stated her intention to reaffirm a debt with Benefit Bank related to real property — her home.
