Argued September 27, 1944. Plaintiff brought this action to recover for personal injuries caused by the negligent operation of an automobile owned and driven by William F. Wagner, the additional defendant, an employee of the appellant corporation. The jury found for the plaintiff against the appellant and for that defendant, over, against the additional defendant. From the dismissal of the employer's motion for judgment n.o.v. this appeal was taken.
