This is an election contest. The petition alleges the contestants are qualified voters in Clackamas county and relates to the election campaign between the eontestee, Bichard Groener, and his opponent, Mrs. Bichard Sundeleaf, for the office of State Bepresentative, Seventh Bepresentative District, Clackamas County, Position No. 4, in the general election of November 5, 1968.
