VOGEL, Circuit Judge.

On May 29, 1952, Aaron Walter Burgett, upon having entered a plea of guilty to a violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2114, was given a mandatory sentence of imprisonment for a period of 25 years. He appeals to this court from an order of the District Court denying a motion “in the nature of error coram nobis”, which was treated by the court as a motion under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, whereby appellant sought vacation of the sentence imposed on the ground that it was illegal.
