Defendant was tried upon an information charging the crime of forgery. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and from the judgment upon the verdict and from the order denying his motion for a new trial the defendant has appealed upon a typewritten record.
The facts of the case upon which the jury’s verdict of guilt was based are that the defendant on February 17, 1930, opened an account with the Bank of America at 631 Market Street in San Francisco under the name of Joseph Barnes, and gave as his address the Dale Hotel in San Francisco.
