Plaintiff Bassem Youssef (“Plaintiff’ or “Youssef’), a former employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“the FBI”), brings this action against the United States Attorney General (“Defendant”) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
