Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Meyer-son, J.), rendered June 25, 1985, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, robbery in the third degree and grand larceny in the third degree (three counts), after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reversing the conviction for robbery in the first degree, vacating the sentence imposed thereon, and dismissing that count of the indictment; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
