MEMORANDUM
FOLLMER, District Judge.
Edward Fallís, a prisoner at the United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, has submitted a document entitled “Writ of Habeas Corpus,” to this Court, and requests leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
