COLLARD, Associate Justice.
This is a suit for damages, brought by plaintiffs in error against defendants in error, for maliciously and wantonly inducing dealers in lumber in Texas to withdraw their custom from plaintiffs, who are doing a wholesale and retail lumber business in the State.
The facts set-up in the petition are as follows: On the 16th day of May, 1888, and for a long time prior thereto, plaintiffs were owners of a large and extensive saw mill, in Hardin County, Texas, capable of cutting and manufacturing 12,000,000 feet of lumber annually; of planing mills used in connection with…
